Binar Holding SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled for reasons independent of Binar Holding SRL, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances, or other force majeure impediments, in accordance with Romanian law.
Before each delivery, the client will be contacted by the courier. If the client is not found at the specified address, within the mutually agreed time frame, the courier will return once more after re-establishing contact with the client, at which point, if the package is not collected, the order will be canceled and the product returned to the headquarters of Binar Holding SRL, with the client bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products.
binarelectronics.ro can also produce made-to-order products. For the execution of made-to-order products, clients will contact Binar Holding SRL either by email, by phone, or through the order form and will mutually agree on the product complexity, quantity, raw materials, or other details.
For such products, payment will be made in advance, either in full or partially, as previously agreed with Binar Holding SRL.
Payment for ordered products can be made in advance by banking means. Binar Holding SRL reserves the right in certain cases to request advance payment for products. Advance payment can be made by payment order or bank transfer.
In the case of a payment order, proof of payment must be sent to Binar Holding SRL at the email address provided on this website.
Delivery will be made only after confirmation of payment for the products in the Binar Holding SRL account.

No public statement, promotion, press release, or any other form of disclosure to third parties shall be made by the Buyer regarding the source files of the projects without the prior written consent of Binar Holding SRL, with the exception of work process images that may be used for the Buyer's purposes in advertisements, portfolio, newsletter, etc.
This ensures the confidentiality and security of information. Client data cannot be used or provided to other parties.
By transmitting information or materials through this website, you grant Binar Holding SRL unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute these materials or information through its own channels, with the exception of work process images that may be used by Binar Holding SRL in advertisements, portfolio, newsletter, etc.
You also agree that Binar Holding SRL may freely use, in its own interest, any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you have sent us through the binarelectronics.ro website.
