The Evolution of Our Collaboration
Following the success of the first project on "Quality Management in Industrial Monofilament Production", the client decided to propose a new project, this time to measure and report the length of industrial filaments in real time produced by Monosuisse Romania, enabling improved production monitoring, reducing material waste, and increasing production efficiency.
The project was somewhat more complex, requiring simultaneous monitoring of over 350 winding machines based on multiple parameters of the production equipment, where Binar Electronics proposed a solution without requiring significant modifications to the existing equipment.
Our solution is scalable, has a modern interface, is easy to use, and successfully replaced the previous filament length measurement system, which was inflexible and required constant adjustments to measurement parameters.
Project Impact
The solution we implemented proved to be a real success: the equipment operated flawlessly from a mechanical standpoint, the client did not need to purchase new equipment, and the system has been running 24/7 for several years without issues.
